When you become a power quitter some amazing things happen. You feel like shit for a few days then you start feeling better, a lot better. The next thing that happens is you feel a great sense of accomplishment that you want to share everyone.
It’s day 39 for me and I feel good, get 2-4 craving’s a day, which are easily powered through. his morning I checked out one of my email updates. And I can across this story on a well know quit smoking site.

Men’s brains are highly compartmentalized (picture an ice cube tray) so one side of their brain has a hard time communicating with the other (i.e. they can’t multitask…duh, huh?). They also have an innate sense to conquer.
